Established in 2002, Gibraltar Concreting has over fifteen years of concreting experience and relationships in the industry. We understand all aspects of concrete construction: tight deadlines and exacting specifications; critical quality needs; workplace safety concerns; the burden of overseeing all facets of a project at once; and the importance of subcontractor coordination.

Our team have been handpicked for their skills in specific areas of workmanship, teamwork, integrity and leadership, and for their commitment to ensure an excellent end result.

Safety

The safety and welfare of our people is paramount to our business. All employees are required to report incidents, perform their work in line with the projects safety values and cease work if there is a threat to the safety of themselves or another person. Good Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) practice not only provides a safer working environment but improves worker morale and productivity. By pursuing good WHS practices we face fewer workplace injuries and benefit from higher employee retention rates. This reduces costs associated with production delays, recruiting new staff and replacing equipment. Our commitment to safe work practices will be achieved by all our employees holding their Red Cards, implementing and monitoring progress against our WH&S Management Plan and Policy Manual and utilising our comprehensive Safe Work Method Statements. We will comply with the Victorian Work Health and Safety Act and follow the applicable model Codes of Practice and implement the values of the National WHS Strategy.
